About this China–Canada practice
Xiongbuy Logistics is a Canadian bonded freight forwarder for the China–Canada corridor. We arrange ocean FCL and LCL and air from China, move cargo in bond when it should not clear at the first port, coordinate Canadian customs with a licensed broker, and deliver inland. We work with importers, China-side shippers, and 3PL partners. We do not claim a customs-broker licence, a CBW number, CIFFA, or NVOCC status.

Why choose us
Ocean FCL and LCL to Vancouver, Prince Rupert, and Montreal.
Air freight to YVR and YYZ.

What we provide
The work is the China–Canada corridor. Special cargo on request — we will say if we can handle it.
Full-container (FCL) and less-than-container (LCL) from the China ports that already feed Canada — typically Shanghai, Ningbo, Shenzhen / Yantian, Qingdao, Xiamen, and Tianjin — to Vancouver, Prince Rupert, and Montreal. We book the lift, manage the ocean B/L, and hand off to inland truck or an in-bond transfer. FCL is one box, one consignee. LCL shares a container for smaller lots. Send CBM and weight and we will say which is the better buy.
Commercial air cargo from China to Canadian gateways, typically YVR and YYZ. We arrange MAWB/HAWB, ACI where the mode requires it, and recovery at the airport for clearance and delivery. Choose air when the clock matters more than the ocean rate — samples, restocks, or high-value cargo. Ocean is the default when cost per kilo and a multi-week calendar both fit.
As a bonded freight forwarder we file house bills and can move cargo in bond beyond the first port of arrival and between sufferance warehouses. We coordinate CBSA release with a licensed customs broker — we do not claim that broker licence ourselves. CARM account work and entry filing sit with the broker. In-bond is useful when the consignee is inland, when the broker files inland, or when cargo should not be released until it is closer to delivery.
Dray and domestic truck from port or airport to Winnipeg and across Canada. Door-to-door or port-to-door, after release or in bond to an inland sufferance point. Prairie deliveries often follow a Vancouver or Prince Rupert arrival; Ontario and Quebec often follow Montreal or a west-coast in-bond move. We name the inland plan on the quote.
How the work is scoped
Who it is for, and how we choose the lane
This page is for Canadian importers, China-side shippers selling into Canada, and 3PL partners who need a bonded forwarder on the China–Canada corridor. We are not a generalist listing extra countries, and we are not a licensed customs broker.
FCL versus LCL
FCL is one container, one consignee, less handling. Use it when the volume fills a box or when the cargo should not share space. LCL shares a container at origin CFS and destination. Use it for smaller lots. The CBM / weight break is shipment-specific; send the cube and we will say which is the better buy on that sailing.
Air versus ocean
Ocean is the default when cost per kilo and a multi-week calendar both fit. Air is the call when the clock matters more than the freight rate — samples, urgent restocks, or high-value cargo that should not sit on the water. Typical air arrivals are YVR and YYZ; typical ocean arrivals are Vancouver, Prince Rupert, and Montreal.
In-bond inland — when it is useful
Use in-bond when the consignee is not at the first port, when the broker of record files inland, or when cargo should stay under bond until it is closer to delivery. We can move between sufferance warehouses under our CBSA security. Release is still a broker filing. CARM sits with that broker; we coordinate the documents around it.
Canadian gateways
Ocean: Vancouver, Prince Rupert, Montreal. Air: YVR, YYZ. Inland truck from those points to Winnipeg and across Canada, after release or in bond. We name the gateway on the quote.

How we move
your shipment
Work process
Inquire → Quote → Pickup in China → International lift → Bonded receive / customs → Canadian delivery.
[01]
Inquire and quote
Send origin (city or port in China), Canadian destination, ready date, pieces / CBM / weight, commodity and HS if known, and incoterm (EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP, or other). Say if cargo should clear at the first port or move in bond. We come back with a lane plan — FCL, LCL, or air — and a rate.
[02]
Pickup and lift
Origin pickup in China, export documents, and ocean or air lift to a Canadian gateway. Typical ocean arrivals: Vancouver, Prince Rupert, Montreal. Typical air: YVR, YYZ. You get the ocean B/L or MAWB/HAWB reference once the cargo is lifted.
[03]
Bonded receive and customs
House-bill reporting (ACI / eHBL as required). As a bonded freight forwarder we can move cargo in bond beyond the first port of arrival and between sufferance warehouses. We coordinate CBSA release and CARM timing with your licensed broker — we are not the broker.
[04]
Canadian delivery
Inland truck from port or airport to Winnipeg and across Canada — door-to-door or port-to-door, after release or in bond to an inland sufferance point.

House bills, CARM, and who we work with
Straight answers on documents, brokerage, transit, and who this corridor is for.
How is a sufferance warehouse different from a CBW?
A general warehouse holds cargo that has already cleared. A sufferance warehouse holds cargo pending CBSA release. A Customs Bonded Warehouse is a separate licence that can defer duty for a longer period. We are a bonded freight forwarder: we can hold and move cargo under bond and we coordinate storage with the right facility. We do not quote a CBW licence number.
What is a house bill on a China–Canada shipment?
The house bill is the forwarder’s document — ocean HBL or air HAWB — that names the shipper and consignee we are moving for. CBSA needs that house-bill data (ACI / eHBL, depending on mode) so the cargo can arrive, move in bond, or be presented for release. The master bill is the carrier’s document. We issue or arrange the house bill; we do not treat that filing as a customs-broker entry.
Do you file CARM or act as the customs broker?
No. CARM account work and entry filing sit with a licensed customs broker. We coordinate those steps: house bill, commercial invoice, packing list, and the timing of arrival so the broker can file. We are not claiming a CBSA broker licence, and we do not file as the importer’s broker.
How long does ocean versus air take?
Ocean from China to a Canadian west-coast gateway is typically a matter of weeks, plus inland time. A Montreal arrival is usually longer on the water. Air is typically a matter of days to YVR or YYZ, plus clearance and delivery. We do not publish guaranteed transit days — sailings, flights, and CBSA holds move. Ask for a current estimate on your lane.
Who is this service for?
Canadian importers bringing cargo in from China, China-side shippers selling into Canada, and 3PL partners who need a bonded forwarder on this corridor. We stay on China–Canada. If the cargo is restricted (batteries, chemicals, food, plant or animal products), ask first — we will say whether we can handle it before you book.
