What to send for a freight quote

Write to support@xiongbuy.com or use the form on this page when you have a China–Canada shipment to price — ocean FCL or LCL, air, or an in-bond inland move. There is no public phone. Email is the right channel for a new rate, a document question on a live house bill, or to say cargo is restricted before we book. Do not expect a same-hour reply on weekends or Canadian holidays.

• Origin — city, port, or airport in China
• Destination — city or delivery address in Canada
• Ready date
• Mode if you already know it — FCL, LCL, or air
• Pieces, CBM, and/or gross weight
• Commodity description and HS code if known
• Incoterm — EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP, or other
• Clear at the first port of arrival, or move in bond inland
• Restricted goods if any — batteries, chemicals, food, plant or animal products

After you write

What happens next

Canada operations reads the enquiry. If a fact is missing — cube, ready date, or whether cargo should move in bond — we ask for it by email before we invent a rate.

We name a mode and a Canadian gateway and send a rate with a short lane plan: origin lift, house-bill reporting (ACI / eHBL as required), clear-at-port or in-bond inland, then truck. Typical ocean gateways are Vancouver, Prince Rupert, and Montreal. Typical air arrivals are YVR and YYZ. Inland truck then runs to Winnipeg and across Canada.

A booking is not created until we confirm it in writing. If we cannot handle the cargo, we say so before you book. CARM account work and entry filing sit with a licensed customs broker — we coordinate those steps; we do not file as the broker.

When to email, and how we work

Use email for freight on this corridor only. We quote commercial cargo — not a product catalogue and not a shop checkout. If you already have a broker, say so; we will work with that broker on release. If you need an in-bond move beyond the first port of arrival, say that too so the quote is not written as a clear-at-port job.

How we use quote details

Quote and contact forms: we use the details you send (name, email, phone if provided, and cargo facts) only to reply to that enquiry and to prepare a rate. We do not sell that information. Write to support@xiongbuy.com if you want an enquiry deleted.

Cargo claims: loss or damage is handled under the carrier’s bill of lading or air waybill and any insurance you or we arrange for that shipment. These website notes do not set a dollar limit. Ask operations for the terms that apply to your booking.
